If there’s a narrative, I want it in flesh.

About My Work

I produce figurative oil paintings and prints that highlight the intimacy of quiet, vulnerable moments. I grant space for a personal dissection, by opening a window into the private lives of others in a way that is reflected back onto the viewer.

My goal is to combat the loneliness that occurs with the absence of deep connection, while also embracing it as a crucial part of human growth and existence. My work explores different sensations sparked by moments of intimacy. These moments link us as individuals, as our unique histories branch off into our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual understandings that sometimes share common threads. Whether personal or interpersonal, the conversations which develop can introduce moments of contentment, clarity, serenity, and self-reflection; striking a balance between sensations of security and vulnerability.
